This piece emerged from a deep desire to explore perception and the intensity with which we see the world. The image of an almost abstract eye, with an intense red center, surrounded by bursts symbolizing life, emotion, and even pain. The raised surface of the eye captures a sense of depth, as if we’re looking beyond the surface. The blood veins on the sides complete the idea that to see truly is to feel... Next, we have PAISAGEM 1 (Landscape 1). This piece was born from memories, a connection with nature, from a yellow sky that seems to carry both calmness and mystery. The tall palm trees, the road disappearing in the distance, the dark waters... all come together to create a feeling of solitude and vastness. It’s about the path we walk and what we leave behind... FAZENDA (Farm) is my homage to simplicity and warmth. This painting feels like a childhood memory – the blue sky, the tall palm trees, and the sense of peace that only the countryside can offer. The traditional house in the middle of the painting, the flowers, and the birds flying over the distant mountains... all carry a reminder that sometimes, beauty lies in the simplest things... DOIS LADOS (Two Sides) and DOIS LADOS 2 are part of a series of black and white works exploring dualities. Yin and yang is an obvious inspiration, but what I wanted to show here is that we are always divided between two realities: light and shadow, chaos and harmony, life and death. Each side of the artwork has its own energy, its own message... What all these works have in common is that they reflect something deeply personal, something that may not be immediately obvious but is there, in the colors, the forms, and the details. Being an “internationally unknown artist” gives me the freedom to create without the pressures of fame, without the need to please. Every brushstroke is a way for me to reconnect with myself and the world around me. My art is a journey. And I’m happy to share that journey with you, whether you’re an art lover, a curious mind, or someone here for the first time. Each piece has a story, and each story holds a piece of me.
